This position is responsible for the global talent management and HR information systems at Cameron. Wayne manages workforce planning strategy, recruiting and external branding of Cameron as it relates to talent acquisition, and corporate learning management systems and processes.
A passionate culture strategist (aka HR executive) with one goal, to leverage engaged employees by redefining relevancy in the employee experience, the workplace and the meaning of culture for positive impact to the business strategy, the brand, the customer and society as a whole. 20 years of HR executive leadership serving on executive teams and as the corporate representative for several HR Board Committees. She is the previous president of the BAHRMA SHRM chapter. Currently she serves as a Board Advisor for U of H and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Diversity Council. Vandi lives in Lake Jackson with her husband, two sons, two dogs and 10 chickens. From rocket science to banking Vandi will share her experience in using talent based predicable selection tools to ensure performance and the design of both traditional and agile enterprise workforce planning techniques. You will learn from her experience in applying predicative talent based hiring the impact it had on reducing short-term attrition by over 75%. We will discuss both traditional and agile enterprise workforce planning techniques one of which helped to secure a national emergency grant for the NASA transition center and supported 1,000’s of aerospace professionals in transitioning to careers that supported our Houston economy.
